RETURN POLICY
Our products are eligible for returns within 15 days of the original purchase. To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:
The product was purchased within the last 15 days.
The product is unopened and remains in its original packaging.
You possess the receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase from Made of Steel. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for purchases made from third-party retailers.
Products not meeting these criteria will not be considered for return.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Sometimes, things don't go as planned. If you receive a damaged product, please inform us immediately. We'll work to resolve the issue promptly.
CHARGEBACKS
Please be aware that chargebacks are taken seriously and may result in the client being placed on our no-sell list.
